The Deputy Director General of Labor Affairs at the Public Authority for Manpower, Abdullah Al-Mutouteh, announced the issuance of its Resolution No. 954 of 2020 amending Administrative Resolution No. 529 of 2020.

 

 Regarding the transfer of manpower from one employer to another, where the specialists in the employment affairs sector have studied the benefit from the presence of some categories of those joining the family in the labor market and the positive effects that this carries, as the decision included increasing some groups excluded from the prohibition of transferring to the private sector, especially in light of circumstances. The country is going through in the matter of reducing the Corona pandemic and its effects on the economic conditions in the labor market.

The categories that have been allowed to transfer include those born in Kuwait and their relatives up to the second degree, the owners of technical professions specialized in the health field who have obtained the approval of the Ministry of Health to work in facilities for which licenses have been issued to practice medical activities, and those with educational qualifications to work in schools (faculty members), and those enrolled in The first degree relative of the deceased family, provided that there are two students enrolled in Kuwaiti educational institutions.
