The General Administration of Civil Aviation in Kuwait issued a circular directed to airlines operating at Kuwait International Airport, regarding exceptions to institutional quarantine only.
The circular mentioned an exception to the following:
Exclusion of diplomatic missions and diplomats "of all nationalities and their first-degree relatives (husband - wife - children), whether alone or together, and their domestic workers accompanying them" on the condition that they show their identities.
Excluding Kuwaiti patients who are sent for treatment abroad and their companions after completing the treatment period, "provided that there is a certificate indicating this issued by the Kuwaiti health office in the country where the treatment is received."
Excluding Kuwaiti students enrolled in foreign universities and travelers, to take study examinations «provided that a letter issued by the Cultural Attaché of the State of Kuwait states that the student is enrolled in an external university and a university certificate proving the date of the test.
Excluding governmental and private medical personnel and their first-degree relatives (husband - wife - children), whether alone or together, and their companions from domestic workers "on condition that they show proof of that."
Exceptions for minors under the age of (18 years) traveling unaccompanied. ( 6) After arrival, with a commitment to download and activate the "Shlonak" application upon arrival in the State of Kuwait.
