The head of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, MP Ahmed Al-Hamad, said that the government made reservations during the committee's meeting yesterday on the total amount resulting from the decision to postpone the installments for loans in relation to the type and branches of the loans themselves.
Al-Hamad continued, in a special statement to Al-Anbaa: We in the committee voted by majority to include the issue in the agenda of the first upcoming session.
Al-Hamad explained that the committee discussed in its meeting a draft law on postponing installments for citizens by 6 months, indicating that the committee received a response from the government in this regard and the draft law was approved with the consensus of the committee’s attendees, and that the draft law will be included on the agenda of the next session of Parliament To discuss with giving him the character of urgency.
Al-Hamad emphasized that the committee discussed five projects submitted by the representatives in its meeting centered on postponing installments for citizens, and concluded by agreeing to the draft law that was approved unanimously. On which it has built its reservations.
