In implementation of His Highness’s directives, the Council of Ministers issued a decision to exempt all violators of the Law of Entry and Residence of Foreigners from all fines incurred by them whenever the violation occurred before the first of March of this year, ill were they holders of entry permits and visas, or the category of residents when they initiated to leave the state during the period of time Granted, which extends as of May 18, for a period of 3 months, as the Holy City includes exemption from all fines arising from the identity card or expired work permits.
Al-Kaabi added: "According to the directives of His Highness the President of the State, the Holy City will not prevent the beneficiary from returning to the state when he has fulfilled the necessary conditions for that."
