UAE stops all flights from Pakistan temporarily

The General Authority of Civil Aviation of the United Arab Emirates has announced the suspension of all flights coming from Pakistan, including transit flights.

The suspension will be in effect until the country establishes a laboratory test process for Covid-19 for all travelers leaving for the United Arab Emirates.

"This is a precautionary measure to ensure the health and safety of all arrivals until Monday, June 29, 2020," the National Crisis and Disaster Management Authority said in an emergency late on Sunday.

The General Authority of Civil Aviation invited all passengers affected by the decision to contact the airline to reschedule their flights.
