Within the framework of the keenness and follow-up of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the governor of the southern governorate, by strengthening communication with families and citizens to see their opinions and proposals aimed at meeting their needs through the communication channels provided by the province electronically, the governorate has received from January until 25 July 2020 AD, the number of 507 complaints And inquiries through the instant conversation with the "Southern" application, as it received 191 requests through the communication system, 448 requests and inquiries via incoming calls, in addition to 277 inquiries via e-mail and 26 needs through the provincial council.

The southern governorate also received 37 of the requests received through the smart office and the number of 69 requests and inquiries through personal attendance, in addition to receiving 18 complaints and requests via the “We Connect You” channel, where necessary measures were taken and all requests received from the people via their electronic platforms were submitted to Security, service and social departments.

The southern governorate reviewed the classification of communication requests according to the governorate’s specialties, which ranked about 50 requests in the field of security services, 64 inquiries in the social field, 45 complaints in the service field and 32 in other areas.

The Governorate welcomes various inquiries and opinions from parents and esteemed citizens through communication platforms and their smart platforms or the smart office and virtual councils, in an effort to achieve comprehensive development in the various regions of the province.
