In its exceptional meeting yesterday, headed by His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled, the Council of Ministers adopted a number of decisions in favor of Kuwaiti citizens that included mandating the Minister of Health to assess the health situation in Mahboula, Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh, and Al-Farawaniyah, and to present a report to the Council at its next meeting

The Minister of Affairs and Minister of State for Economic Affairs, Maryam Al-Aqil, was tasked with examining Kuwaiti applications without salaries, and Minister Al-Aqil formed a committee to discuss Kuwaiti applications without salaries and will announce decisions within days. The council’s decisions stipulated the launching of the second phase of the plan to return to normal life, and the resumption of work in ministries and government departments next Tuesday.
 
Sources said that the second stage will last for a maximum of one month, provided that the timing of the transition to the third stage will depend on the extent of commitment to health controls.
