The General Administration of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai reported that the “Amer” model centers completed about 727,680 transactions during the first nine months of this year, and carried out 982 inspection campaigns during the first half of it, during which 2020 observations were monitored, all of which were dealt with.

 

The director of Amer Customer Happiness Department, Major Salim bin Ali, said that the smart system for Dubai Residence accomplishes completed transactions automatically, without human intervention.

Statistics indicate a significant increase in Dubai residency transactions through Amer centers during the last months of July and August, reaching 353,680 transactions, compared to 418,664 during the entire first half.

Bin Ali continued: “Amer model centers continued to provide their services remotely, through the smart application of the Dubai establishment, the website and the smart application of Amer centers throughout the period of national sterilization in the Emirate of Dubai, and in line with the directives of the UAE government aimed at strengthening the series of preventive and precautionary measures that it carefully follows.
