Sheikh Hamdan adopts new protocols for employees in UAE

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, said Thursday that improving the government's efficiency and capabilities by harnessing its human resources is a top priority for Dubai in the next phase.

His Highness said that developing government talent and enabling its employees to keep pace with critical changes is essential to reinforce Dubai's global leadership position. This focus aligns with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to harness technologies to create the flexible conditions required for the next generation of jobs.

The adoption of remote work systems has played a major role in ensuring business continuity during the outbreak. It gave employees the flexibility to be creative and innovative.

We are entering a new phase characterized by new tools and innovative methods of government work. In the coming years, we will increasingly rely on our human capital innovation. His Highness said, "Helping government employees make a positive impact in the workplace is a major priority for us."

“We are committed to ensuring that Dubai continues to lead in global improvements in government business systems. Our government is not waiting for the future.

We are constantly working to find proactive solutions to future challenges and enhance our readiness to take advantage of new opportunities.

Sheikh Hamdan added that providing appropriate tools and working conditions is essential to our ability to achieve our goals.
