This measure comes with the aim of providing the opportunity for visitors to correct the conditions of their residence in the country or facilitate their departure when flights are available in light of the exceptional circumstances that the world is going through due to the Corona pandemic, which resulted in the restriction and suspension of air traffic in various countries of the world, and a continuation of the package of procedures that were previously activated with the purpose of Relief for residents and visitors under these circumstances.

The Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs clarified that it has granted facilities to visitors and residents who have been in the Kingdom of Bahrain since the start of the pandemic by extending the validity of residence and visitor visas to foreigners who are in the Kingdom of Bahrain with complete exemption from administrative fees incurred by them from a humanitarian standpoint and as an exceptional case within the national efforts to limit the spread of these The pandemic and the reduction of its effects on individuals in particular and on the economic and tourism movement in general, through decisions that place the interest of the homeland and all members of society above all else.
