Today, Thursday, the operational operations of the new passenger terminal at Bahrain International Airport will begin, according to the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
To start operating the new facility on January 28, as the Ministry of Transportation and Communications announced Bahrain Airport is ready for all airport facilities and ready to receive travelers, marking the dawn of a new era for the air transport sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
On this occasion, His Excellency Eng. Kamal bin Ahmed Mohammed, Minister of Transportation and Communications, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bahrain Airport Company, affirmed that the transfer of operational operations to the new passenger terminal is a major step in light of the prosperous era of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the monarch of the country, adding that This remarkable achievement was achieved thanks to the relentless follow-up and generous directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, which had a great impact on the implementation of the project within this record period, as it is added to the list of the outstanding achievements that the Kingdom has achieved in its relentless journey.
