Dubai Civil Aviation Authority has indicated that all travelers to Dubai are not required to submit a negative Covid-19 test report.

 

This came after the authority denied "spreading false information to some media and news sites regarding the procedures required to travel to Dubai."

According to the list of guidelines published by Emirates Airlines, travelers must have a negative PCR test certificate if:

The point of origin is one of the countries or airports listed below:

Afghanistan
Bangladesh
Egypt
India
Iran
Nigeria
Pakistan
Philippines
Russian Federation
Sudan
Tanzania
USA - Dallas Fort Worth (DFW), Houston (IAH), Los Angeles (LAX), San Francisco (SFO), Fort Lauderdale (FLL) and Orlando (MCO), including passengers from California, Florida and Texas who arrive To the Emirates, a trip to Dubai.

> If they travel from the above mentioned points of origin to another destination and take a connecting flight to Dubai.

All other passengers can take the Covid-19 PCR test 96 hours before their flight and bring a negative test certificate with them when traveling.

PCR test is also available upon arrival in Dubai, if you have not taken one test in your home country (except for travelers from the above mentioned countries, who must have a negative PCR test certificate to be accepted on a flight). "
