His Excellency indicated that the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs seeks to provide its various services in digital form in line with its strategic plan, through which it is committed to achieving electronic transformation of the various services it provides and the systems upon which its departments are based, indicating that providing direct electronic communication between clients and the administration will contribute to raising the efficiency of And the effectiveness of services will increase the level of productivity.
His Excellency affirmed the adoption of the principle of partnership, transparency and continuous interaction with the beneficiaries, and the constant endeavor to facilitate access to services, which reduces time and effort for dealers and employees alike.
The Tawasul system, which was implemented in cooperation with the Information and eGovernment Authority, will take the necessary measures towards complaints, proposals and inquiries submitted by the beneficiaries of the services provided by the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs, as this system provides the ability to track the status of their sent requests and ensure that the response is obtained within the fastest period.
