The team listened to the human and technical requirements for securing elections and following up on the preventive and precautionary measures implemented by the Ministry of Interior in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and the relevant authorities in the country to prevent the emerging corona virus.
The meeting witnessed discussing a number of issues, discussing and addressing the negatives that were detected in the previous elections and proposing solutions and remedies to secure them and the role of each security unit in securing the electoral process and the tasks and responsibilities entrusted to it in a way that shows the true democratic image of Kuwait.
Lieutenant-General Al-Naham called on the security leaders to continue working with the same distinguished bid to secure the parliamentary elections that the country is witnessing during this period and to ensure that the security services are fully prepared to deal with any emergency, whether security or health, in order to provide reassurance to all voters and candidates.
