The Bahraini Businessmen Association, in cooperation with Dubai Real Estate Institute, is organizing the electronic conference “Real Estate Markets Return to Life with New Opportunities”, with the participation of a number of experts and real estate speakers from the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates, and the presence of more than 80 real estate from the Kingdom of Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, On Sunday and Monday 18 and 19 October 2020, through the visual communication technology (Zoom).
On this occasion, Nasser Ali Al-Ahly, head of the Real Estate Committee at the Bahrain Businessmen Association, said that the agenda of the electronic conference will include, for two consecutive days, a number of important themes and topics. Ali Mortada, Director of the Real Estate Development and Tourism Department at the Economic Development Board will present a paper entitled: «Spotlight on Programs The Economic Development Board in promoting the real estate sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the facilities provided by the government of the Kingdom of Bahrain to stimulate real estate transactions during the pandemic ». A dialogue session will also be held with the participation of a number of speakers under the title« Supporting the real estate market and the importance of partnerships and strategies developed », as the session will focus on discussing the required support From the legislative, financial and promotional sector and its interaction with the current health crisis and the strategies developed to support the real estate sector and stimulate real estate work in an innovative manner, in addition to presenting a paper entitled: “The New Approach to the Real Estate Industry - Linking Digital Solutions and Realistic Experience” by Bashar Kilani, Regional Director for the Gulf States and the Levant in IB, the Middle East AM.
Regarding the conference’s agenda on its second (closing) day, Al-Ahly referred to the paper entitled: “Real Estate Sustainability and Public Health”, which will be presented by Mr. Karim Al-Jisr, Executive Director of Social Sustainability at Diamond Developers, in addition to a paper entitled: “The Real Estate Market is What After Covid 19 - Lessons Learned from the Pandemic », which will be presented by Dr. Manaf Hamza, Executive Director of Manaf Hamza Engineering and Surveying Company. A panel discussion will also be held under the title:“ Looking ahead and creating innovative opportunities in real estate markets ”, and discussing the role of digitization, innovation and education in promoting real estate development and investment. And create opportunities for beneficiaries.
Participants in the dialogue sessions on the Bahraini side will be His Excellency Representative Mahmoud Al Bahrani, Dr. Issa Turki, Ziba Askar, Ahmed Khalfan, Eng. Faisal Al Dossary, Muhammad Rajab and Ahmed Dashti.
On the importance of the conference, and the expected outputs from it, Al-Ahly said: The conference is extremely important as it will discuss the real estate market conditions in the region during and after the Corona pandemic and the initiatives required of workers in this sector to keep pace with changes and create new opportunities for investors.
Al-Ahly concluded his statement by inviting all workers in the real estate sector to participate in the conference sessions and enrich the discussions in order to formulate practical recommendations to revitalize the real estate market in light of the current health crisis in the world.
