Health is considering reducing travelers' quarantine and The Director General of the General Administration of Civil Aviation, M. Yousef Al-Fouzan reduced the quarantine period in Kuwait for arrivals to 7 days instead of 14 days.

Al-Fawzan said in a letter he addressed to the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health regarding "quarantine in Kuwait" that he referred to the proposal of the Kuwait International Airport restarting committee to reduce the quarantine in Kuwait for arrivals so that it would be 7 days instead of 14 days currently applied while preserving health requirements, the most important of which is the PCR certificate Coming to Kuwait, if this proposal is approved, will be a good economic incentive for airlines and reduce their losses due to the importance of this sector towards restoring the economic cycle in Kuwait towards the right path.

Al-Fawzan added that the countries of the region cancel or reduce the quarantine periods in the event of a "PCR" certificate, calling for access and evidence to be taken.
