The recommendations of the Supreme Ministerial Committee in charge of following up the repercussions of "Corona" in Kuwait were based on the reports submitted by the concerned ministers about the developments and procedures being followed up in the field by the concerned government agencies to limit the spread of Corona in the country and its tours to shops, complexes and markets during the period from June 30 until On March 10, which amounted to 51,362 visits, during which 35,706 warnings were issued, 6,112 violations were signed, and 484 closure orders were issued.

 

Sources revealed that "the immediate fine for not wearing a mask and violating health requirements will range, according to the estimate of the Supreme Committee for Corona Emergency, between 50 to 100 dinars."

The Cabinet approved the recommendation of the Legal Affairs Committee regarding a draft law to amend some provisions of Law No. (8) of 1969 regarding health reserves and the prevention of communicable diseases, which includes adding an article aimed at imposing immediate fines on violators of health requirements and how to pay these fines.
