On Friday, government spokesman Tariq Al-Muzaram announced the implementation of the comprehensive ban in the country, starting on Sunday, May 10, 2020, 4:00 p.m. until May 30, 2020, based on the decision of the Council of Ministers.
The Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior, Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Anas Al-Saleh said today, Friday:
"We hope that life will gradually return to normal after Eid Al-Fitr and the end of the comprehensive ban."
A comprehensive ban was imposed in the country and all regions in Kuwait, as part of the measures taken by the country to combat the spread of the new Corona virus (Covid 19).
Tariq Al-Muzram, head of the Government Communication Center, the government's official spokesman, said in a tweet on the account of the government communication center on Twitter today, Friday:
"The decision was based on the country's health recommendations."
