The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has launched an innovative interactive features package in the "virtual job market" platform that will develop the platform services and support companies and workers registered in it in a manner that facilitates recruitment operations.
The virtual labor market platform is considered one of the initiatives of the "National Program to Support the Stability of the Labor Market" as the platform contributes to enhancing the flexibility of transportation and reducing operational burdens on establishments that have a surplus in the number of non-citizens, by registering the data of these workers on the careers.mohre website .gov.ae, which will support the needs of the labor market for internal employment in light of the suspension of recruitment from outside as a result of the precautionary measures applied by the state to reduce and prevent the emerging "Corona" virus.
The new feature pack provides companies with remote job interviews via an innovative video program that also enables companies to enter notes and candidate assessment points instantly, supporting physical spacing procedures.
The new features also allow those who want to register on the platform to download a short 30-second video to highlight their strengths, including their different job experiences, which increases their employment opportunities.
The new features package for companies provides the ability to communicate directly with the registrants in the platform and recruitment teams and send messages to them without the need to use the company's email, as well as designing a new dashboard to display the details of the recruitment process and the performance of the companies ’recruitment teams, which enables employers and managers to take a complete picture of the process recruitment.
In its new look, the "virtual job market" constitutes an innovative platform to provide employment services for companies and non-national workers in accordance with the artificial intelligence system that will facilitate the process of matching between the job requirements announced by companies and files registered in the platform.
