Gulf Air, the national carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain, announced the appointment of Shams Al-Dossary as its manager for its station in Muscat, where it will return to the Middle East after serving in the African continent as manager of the tanker station in the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa. Ms. Al-Dossary will represent Gulf Air in the Sultanate of Oman after extensive experience in the sales department and in the airline's overseas stations.

Gulf Air has been serving Muscat since 1957, and it is one of Gulf Air's main destinations in the Gulf Cooperation Council states.

Al Dossary, the first woman to manage an offshore terminal for Gulf Air, will face the challenge of promoting the growth of Gulf Air in the Sultanate of Oman by capitalizing on the experience gained while working for more than 10 years in positions within the airline's sales department and at a number of its overseas stations.
