Emirati Qasr Al Watan reopens to visitors

Authorities announced that Qasr Al Watan Abu Dhabi will reopen its doors to the public from Tuesday 20 October under strict Covid-19 safety measures, including temperature checks, wearing of face masks and social distancing.

 

Abu Dhabi Media Office said on Sunday that the Qasr Al Watan tour will be open to visitors through comprehensive health and safety measures in place to provide a safe cultural experience.

Procedures include mandatory online reservation through qasralwatan.ae, wearing face masks for all visitors and employees, maintaining a physical distance of two meters, and regularly disinfecting hands.

Thermal scanners and safe distance signage will be located in all areas.

The Palace in Motion Sound and Light show takes place on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

The Symphony Nation Parade will not be performed and the Qasr Al Watan Library will remain closed until further notice.
