Emirates Airlines reported that “Marhaba”, the “dnata” brand for hospitality at airports, is now providing, in addition to car, driver, reception, assistance and private salon services at the airport, the “Covid-19” test as part of the check-in service.
"Marhaba", the "dnata" airport hospitality brand, allows customers to obtain a medical certificate within 24-48 hours of taking the test at home or anywhere they choose in Dubai.
In a statement, the company indicated that "Marhaba" has strengthened its offers to help its customers in Dubai enjoy a safe, smooth and reassuring travel experience throughout their journey.
"The new service will help customers enjoy their journeys smoothly, from home to the boarding gate at Dubai International Airport," said Steve Allen, senior vice president of airport operations and travel at dnata.
Allen explained that a team of experienced medical personnel visits the customers who book the excellent travel procedures service, to conduct a swab test on all travelers before making the travel procedures, and then transfer the samples to one of the "Mediclinic" laboratories that provide the service, then send the results to the dealers digitally. Then all the customers who take the test will obtain a medical certificate.
He mentioned that the agents of "Marhaba" carry out travel procedures, weigh the luggage, put stickers on it, print boarding passes at home, and make sure that the luggage is delivered at the airport and loaded onto the plane, pointing out that all luggage is treated with sterile materials to remove any germs and provide protection from microbes. For a period of up to 72 hours.
Allen added that upon the arrival of the customers at the airport, one of the agents would receive them to easily deliver them to the gates via the fast track, indicating that the excellent check-in service can be booked through the website: (www.marhabaservices.com) with fees starting from 714 dirhams including value added tax
