The Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Committee in Abu Dhabi calls on all those coming to the emirate to cooperate and adhere to the approved precautionary and preventive measures, and affirms that a PCR examination is mandatory on the sixth day of entering the emirate, in the interest of the health and safety of society, as stated by the official account of the media office To the government of Abu Dhabi through the social networking site "Twitter".

 

On the fourth of this month, the Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Committee in Abu Dhabi announced the amendment of entry procedures to Abu Dhabi in line with a plan to expand and increase the scope of examinations and to strengthen precautionary measures for early detection of Covid-19 infections.

The decision was implemented on Saturday 5 September 2020 to enter the emirate, and to show a negative result for the PCR or DPI examination within 48 hours of receiving the result, and the laser examination does not require a prior result for the PCR examination.

The committee also approved requiring residents and visitors to conduct an additional examination on the sixth day inside the emirate for those whose stay or visit extended for six consecutive days or more.
