A Jordanian expatriate in Kuwait called on security men to provide her with the necessary protection, after she was threatened with death by her Kuwaiti husband's ex-wife.

In the details, the operations of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior received a notification from a Jordanian woman, married to a citizen, and residing in the Bneid Al-Qar area, in which she was informed that she was surprised by her partner's divorce at the door of her apartment, and threatened her with death with a knife that was in her hand, had it not been controlled by the husband and caused her rescue.

A security source stated that the complainant went with her husband to the police station, and recorded a death threat case, which was referred to the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation, to uncover the circumstances, summon the accused person for investigation, and review the cameras installed in the building.

And the security source added, "The Jordanian woman asked the security forces to provide her with the necessary protection, so that her husband's ex-wife does not return to what she did again."
