The first article of the royal order stated that a commission to examine financial disclosure statements was formed headed by Counselor Abdullah bin Hassan Al-Buainain, President of the Court of Cassation and Vice President of the Supreme Judicial Council, and the membership of each of the judge, Sheikh Muhammad bin Ali Al Khalifa, the agent of the Court of Cassation, and Judge Dr. Riyad Muhammad Ibrahim Siyadi, a judge in the High Civil Court, and Judge Issa Muhammad Issa Daraj, a judge in the High Civil Court, and their assignment to work in the aforementioned body for a period of two years.
Counselor Abdullah bin Hassan Al-Buainain and all the members of the commission expressed their sincere thanks to the beloved king of the country on the occasion of the issuance of the royal order to form the financial disclosure statements, stressing that this royal confidence will be an incentive for them to exert more effort and giving.
The authority will start its work entrusted to it starting from the issuance of the royal order to receive and examine financial disclosures and investigate complaints related to them in accordance with the provisions of the law, procedures and controls determined by the executive regulations, and it will continue to work as preceded by the first authority formed by Royal Order No. (26) of 2014 issued on 4 May 2014 AD and the rest of the following bodies.
